Ladson, South Carolina – July 2026 – Dawsongroup tcs USA, the South Carolina-based modular temperature control company, has entered into a one-year testing agreement with Catalent, a leading global contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), for the deployment of two SuperBox units at Catalent’s facility. The agreement includes an option for renewal at the end of the term.
The arrangement addresses a straightforward operational need. Catalent’s existing temperature-controlled storage unit was experiencing performance issues, and the facility required additional compliant capacity without delay. Rather than waiting on construction timelines or sourcing a replacement through conventional channels, Catalent turned to the SuperBox, Dawsongroup tcs USA’s modular, GMP and GDP compliant cold storage solution.
Two SuperBox units are now in place at the Catalent facility. The first unit was positioned outside, installed with minimal disruption to site operations. The second presented a more complex deployment challenge: the unit was assembled inside Catalent’s warehouse, brought through the cargo bay door piece by piece and built out within the existing footprint. Both units were operational and GMP/GDP compliant upon completion, giving Catalent immediate access to validated, temperature-controlled storage without interrupting ongoing production or supply chain activity.
