- South Carolina: Anchored by its advanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) magnet manufacturing facility in Florence, GE HealthCare generates meaningful economic value, underscoring the state’s role in the global medical technology supply chain.
- Ohio: The company’s facilities support the design and production of advanced imaging components—including MRI surface coils and precision-engineered anodes—for use in computed tomography (CT), radiography and mammography systems, highlighting Ohio’s role in shaping diagnostic innovation.
- Utah: At its Salt Lake City site, GE HealthCare manufactures mobile fluoroscopy and cone-beam CT imaging C-arms that support surgical and interventional procedures globally, underscoring the state’s role in advancing real-time medical imaging.
