Connecting South Carolina
young adults to exciting careers

With the help of our many partnerships, we deploy education engagements throughout the state. Our goal is to grasp the attention of students and provide them with the opportunity to explore life sciences. Our new initiative, Rad Lab, brings awareness of the industry to middle and high-school students. The efforts are to scale workforce development in a fun, free-to-play, comforting environment. We are meeting Gen Z at their level, on their phones, full of curiosity. Our fun, mobile skills training customized for growth, will build a qualified workforce and set students up for a successful future.
