What is your philosophy on leadership?

My philosophy on leadership is simple.  Be authentic.  Show up in real and meaningful ways for people.  As CEO at Ritedose that means doing what’s in the best interest of the patient and our employees. Strong leadership to me is not about being the loudest in the room, but being the most heard.
